High season from 20TH/06 to 25TH/09 and special periods

Special holidays as Crismas, New year's eve, easter and particularly special anniversaries as regional festval (S.Efisio) are to be considered high season periods.

For more than 5 nights stays a 10% discount will be appued.

Informations about the Bed and Breakfast regulation:
1. We don't accept guests without a valid id card.
2. It in not allowed the entry in the room to those who have not made the regular registration operations ( check-in )

4. Breakfast is served in the main room from 8AM to 10AM
5. The cleaning and reorganization of the rooms is done everyday,except on sundays and holidays, from 10AM to 12AM .(if the guest is inside the room, it will done the day after)
6. Minibar drinks and snacks arenit included in the room price. There is a special form with all the charges listed, any damaged drinks will be charged.
7. Each room is equiped with linen for the beds and a towel set ( theree per person ).It is not allowed to take the linen outside the Bed and Breakfast any damage will be changed.
8. The Bed and Breakfast provides linen exchange ( sheets and towels ) one time a week.
9. The Charm Sardinia Bed and Breakfast does the linen exchange two times a week only form a minimum stay of seven days. It is possible to ask for an extra linen exchange ( "extra services": 10 euro per person ).

High season from june 20 to september 25

The Bed and Breakfast prices depend on the season and the lenght of stay. To guarantee the reservation, it is requested a deposit equivalent the cost of a night stay or, for stays longer than 3 nights stay, the deposit will be equivalent to the 40% of the total amount for the stay.

During the high season and special periods, in the Bed and Breakfast it is required a minimum stay of 2 nights stay. Reductions are planned for long stays.
